Post Construction

Environmental permit and approval obligations rarely end with construction when you are dealing with groundwater or natural systems. Agencies want to confirm that disturbed ecosystems are restored, groundwater systems recover and that designed systems are functioning like they are supposed to.

These post-construction monitoring programs are always sensitive, because, if they are not design, executed and managed properly they are a pure cost to the project. Project funding is generally depleted when construction is finished.
